Hi my loves! I might need to change the title of this weekly post to Monday Rambles from now on because it has been getting harder to get this up during the morning time (in the east coast). Anyways…today is a pretty big deal because this week, Namaste Mari celebrates it’s 6 Year Blogiversary!
I can not believe it has been six years since I first started this site. The whole reason that Namaste Mari came to be, was because I wanted something to keep me accountable in my weight loss journey and it has morphed into something more. I am so grateful for all the things that this blog has allowed me to do…

And even being in a couple of magazines!

I decided that to celebrate this mini milestone, I want to give away something to one of YOU. I usually give away things from various companies but today, I want to share something that is special to me.
