Workout Wednesday Leg Routine

Happy Wednesday my loves!!!!! I wanted to share this leg routine that I did on Monday with you guys. One thing that you won’t see however are lunges but feel free to add them in to your routine (didn’t do them because of ankle).

Anyways, grab your kettlebell (I demonstrate the moves with a 40lb KB) and let’s get moving.


LEGS 2 – 3 Rounds
1. SQUAT TAPS 15 REPS
2. SUMO SQUAT 15 REPS
3. SQUAT WITH CALF 15 REPS
4. STRAIGHT LEG DEADLIFT 15 REPS
5. SUITCASE DEADLIFT 12 REPS ES
6. 3 PULSE SUMO SQUAT 15 REPS
7. SINGLE LEG DEADLIFT 12 REPS ES
8. GLUTE LIFT 30 – 40 REPS
9. KICK UPS 30 – 40 REPS ES
10. FIRE HYDRANT 30 – 40 REPS ES

  1. Ive had regular weights at home since I was about 15 years old but ive never given Kettlebells a try. I feel like I need to get with the program. Ive heard they're so much better than regular weights.

    1. Oh you should definitely get one...I love them so much. I even drew a happy face on my red one to make it look like the kool aid man haha
