Workout Wednesday: Snowy Day Kettlebell Routine…

Hey loves! I know it has been a quite a bit since I shared a Workout Wednesday routine and I am sorry for that. Life gets in the way at times. Buuuut today while I was working out;  I felt inspired and decided to share a quick routine with you. It is disgusting outside and it will be this way until Friday morning so I wanted to share a quick routine that you can do at home with 1 Kettlebell and a interval timer. Each round will take you 8 minutes so push yourself!

KETTLEBELL ROUTINE 3 ROUNDS OF 8/30 SECONDS EFFORT/30 SECONDS REST
1. RUSSIAN SWINGS
2. FIGURE 8 WITH A CATCH
3. SUITCASE DEADLIFT
4. SAME ON LEFT
5. SQUAT AND PRESS
6. SAME ON LEFT
7. BENT KNEE DEADLIFT/BURPEE/UPRIGHT ROW
8. ZOMBIE SITUP
