Sometimes we get into workout ruts and we need to switch it up and that is what this whole week has been about for me.I love Love LOVE circuit training, especially full body routines and I decided to get back to that. I just want to lift heavy shit, swing some Kettlebells, and slam some balls!
Today’s workout was inspired by my back to basics approach. You can either do this routine by reps or using an interval timer (which I prefer) and try to get through 3-5 rounds. It is only a couple of moves per round so really challenge yourself.
FULL BODY ROUTINE 3-5 ROUNDS
(EITHER DO 6 CYCLES OF 20 SECOND REST AND 40 SECOND EFFORT OR 5-10 REPS PER MOVE DEPENDING ON HOW HEAVY YOU GO WITH YOUR WEIGHT)
1. FRONT SQUAT
2. UFC RIGHT (KNEE DOWN DOWN UP UP)
3. SAME ON LEFT
4. PUSH PRESS
5. SAME ON LEFT
6. RENEGADE ROW WITH POP UP
