Monday Morning Rambles: 35 To 35!!!!

Gooooood morning my loves! It is another dreary day in NYC (is this the new norm?) but I am making the best of it!

It is is exactly 35 days until I turn 35 years old so I decided to do a little challenge to kick off my new year.


For the next 35 days, I will incorporate a Green Monster into my daily meals and sometime I will replace two meals with it as an added bonus! I think this is the best time of the year to do this “challenge” since some days it is too warm too cook and sometimes we just need something quick and refreshing.

Here is a list of my staple Green Monster items:
  • Spinach
  • Strawberries
  • Banana
  • Blueberries
  • Cinnamon
  • Truvia
  • Protein Powder
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • Old Fashioned Oats
  • Egg Whites
  • Chia Seeds
  • Nut Butter
  • Almonds
  • Chia Seeds
I love doing little challenges like this to keep things interesting ha!
