I know some people are wondering why I would join this program if I am a Health Couch/Personal Trainer but honestly it is because I needed this. We all need to keep challenging ourselves and keep pushing forward. Sometimes when you focus your efforts on helping others so much, you feel burnout and place yourself on the back burner. I need something new…something fresh and I think this is it. I need a new challenge in my life and what a better time than now..when I embark a new year of life.
One of the things that I like about this program is that you have a pick of two knowledgeable & awesome trainers; Amanda Latona and Erin Stern (or both!). These ladies are amazing (Duh of course they are…why else would Oxygen choose them!) which made my decision hard but I followed my gut and went with Amanda…love her!
UOC officially kicks off on Wednesday but I couldn’t wait so I am starting the nutrition part today. I headed to Trader Joe’s on Saturday and picked up so many goodies which leaves zero room for excuses or failure.
I made the Healthy French Toast recipe ayer after my workout and it was delicious.
I am really excited about the next three months and can’t wait to share it with you guys.
