Monday Morning Rambles: Week 4 of #OxyChallege

Gooooood Morning my loves!!!!! It is a gorgeous Monday in NYC and I kicked it off with an awesome Yoga Practice and Leg Workout.

I officially started week 4 of the Oxygen Magazine Ultimate Challenge this week and I absolutely love it! I am already noticing changes in my body and I was telling my friend the other day that I can not wait to see what we will accomplish by October. I was in a slump for a little bit, between my surgery last summer and breaking my ankle this past winter and I needed THIS in my life. I am starting to feel like my old self again. Amanda has been such a great coach as well. As I mentioned before, you had the choice of two coaches and I chose Amanda Latona and so grateful that I did because she has been on point. She takes the time to interact with us in the FB group (which has over 2000 women), answers all our questions and posts various videos to keep up motivated. She even made an #TeamAmanda Tank for us to purchase and you know I did! I hope to wear it for next week’s MMR post.
