Monday Morning Rambles…Time For a Comeback

Gooooood morning my loves! I hope you guys had an awesome weekend. Mine was great! I met with clients on Saturday and then yesterday I finally got my bum back to a Yoga class.

I need to stop letting so much time goes by without connecting with the yoga community (outside of social media). Every time I leave a class, I always feel so refreshed and want MORE. My friend, Bekki recently began her yoga journey and I loved sharing this little gem with her. It’s crazy because I grew up, two blocks away from this Ashram and I would always pass by and think “I should try yoga” but never went in until I was in my early thirties. Imagine how far advanced I would be by now if I would have started young! I have to believe that everything happens for a reason. 

If you read my post last week, you know that I decided to give myself a do-over and it was the best thing that I did. The reset lit a fire under my bum. My food is back to 80/20 rule AND I had so much energy last week that I decided to add some extra workouts. I don’t know how long this high is going to last so I am just going ride this wave for as long as possible! Today I began the 3rd week of Month 2 of the Oxygen Challenge and my arms are shaking and I love it! Don’t beat yourself up if you need to press reset.
