Today I want to talk about two totally different things which is why it’s awesome that these weekly posts are my “Rambles”
Can we take a minute to discuss our energy and owning that shit? I work with a lot of people and sometimes I feel re-energized or completely drained by someone else’s energy and it makes me always think of the energy that I bring when I enter a space.
I feel like I have spoken about this before and if I have, I apologize.
I just think we all need to be aware of the tone that we bring into a space. Do you want people to say “Yay here comes Mariette” or “Oh what is wrong with Mariette”. I know we all have bad days but if the bad days turn into weeks or months…we need to step back and reevaluate the things in our life and what we need to change. I suffer from depression and I am not talking about that by any means, that is something we can’t fully control. I am speaking of the other variables that make us unhappy which we need to rid ourselves of so we CAN be happy and radiate that shit!
Step 1…smudge your home and say goodbye to all the negative energy “Deuces bad Juju!”
Now to my second topic well it is not really a topic but a recipe. As you guys knows, I had the MightyNut Giveaway...side note; if you enter a giveaway and win make sure you reply. Thankfully I had a second runner up like they do in Miss America ha!
Anyways I digress…I’ve been having some fun creating new recipes with my powdered peanut butter and my latest one is Mighty Energy Balls!
These are super easy to make…just mix together all the ingredients and stick in the fridge so that they can harden. If need be, add a little bit of almond milk to make it a little easier to mix. I shared them with my clients and they enjoyed them and I swear they gave me some extra oomph this weekend when I worked out super early.
