I don’t know about you but after so many treats the past few days, I am ready to press “Reset”! My body feels sluggish and bloated which I hate. Sooooo what is a better way to do this than by doing one of my Green Monster Challenges!
I decided that from now until the New Year, I will replace one meal with a green monster. I am hoping to have them for breakfast so at least this way, I can set the tone for the day and make healthier choices. Today I am actually replacing ALL my meals with a GM! This may seem extreme to some people but my body is craving it. As long as I am getting my nutrients throughout the day…I am not worried.
These are some of my staple green monster ingredients:

- Egg Whites
- Protein Powder
- Chia Seeds
- Flax Seeds
- Almonds
- Nut Butter
- Powdered Peanut Butter
