I have to be honest, when I first began this 30 day challenge, I was very diligent with my macro breakdown but as the days progressed...I became a little more lax. And the scale hit a plateau.
I went from staying under 50 grams of carbs, to about 60 and then last week, I finally ate the pumpkin Halo that had been haunting me in my freezer for the past month. The thing about Halo is that sometimes you can't stop at just one serving and boom I went over 80 grams of carbs.
With less than 10 days left, I am going back to basics and pulling in the reins for the next few days. Before I started the challenge, I gave myself a goal and I would love to come as close as possible to it.
It's funny because in the past, the weekends were usually where I went balls to the walls and had the "treat yo self" mentality but this past weekend was a little different.
