I am so in the mood for Christmas festivities. I want to put up lights and Christmas ornaments every where to get me into the Christmas spirit. I have three exams in the next two weeks...so I need some.

And, I love your Christmas decorations, so festive! I cna't wait to do ours, which will be in about a week and half. We just buy a tree and decorate it. We may do more this year, who knows.

The cookie dough is 1 Tbsp of PB mixed with 1/2 a scoop of LMM, Splenda, and either splash of Water or Milk =)

I love beans! I like buying the dry ones and soaking them over night and cooking them the next day for about 4-6 hours and then adding all the other extras =)

And black beans simply cooked like yours are a staple in my diet...at least once a week I make these, or some other bean dish almost exactly like this! Boring, maybe, but easy and tasty.

can I just say this:I think when you get the mind set that what you are doing is not considered good or bad, naughty or nice, I think you will feel better. You are not naughty or bad. Change the words you use for yourself. just my two cents.
