I Fell....

...into an endless bowl of Cereal and more Cereal.......

I came home with every intention of behaving but as you will see I didn't follow through. I worked out for 40 mins; I did Jillian's Kickboxing, 100 situps, and stretch and burned 275 Calories...I wanted to do more but my left leg is really killing me.

For Dinner I made Chicken Stirfry (270 Calories)....dessert was supposed to be ONLY one bowl of Fruity Pebbles but that turned into two, followed by more bowls of Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds AND MORE FRUITY PEBBLES! I think I consumed over 1000 cals in Cereal and FF Milk....

I am typing with one hand because the other is rubbing my Buddah Belly lol

  3. Sorry it was a little too much cereal. I can't keep good cereals in my house for the same reason.
