Anyways dinner was a 100 calorie WW bagel with swiss, turkey pastrami and mustard and for dessert a 100 calorie yoplait yogurt. And then I got another treat...a yummy chocolate truffle...I am not a huge fan of dark chocolate but this tasted like a brownie =)
I just did 15 mins of abs and 20 mins of yoga stretch for my legs (113 cals)
