Hey everyone! I am sooo happy it is FRIDAY!!!!!
Who wants to go to work when your roommate is loafing around....grrrrr to be a lazy dog!
When I got home from work ayer, I decided to do some FUN cardio! I blasted music and just danced around my livingroom for 35 minutes (sometimes you need that) followed by 45 minutes of "Inhale Yoga" (437 cals)
For dinner I had the greek lentil soup and 1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese with nesquik and splenda
Some people cuddle in bed with a mystery or romance novel but nope not me HA. I cuddle with...YOGA AND PILATES!
I slept horrible last night. I was tossing and turning and woke up at 4am and could not knock out again till about 5ish. When my alarm went off at 6am, I just wanted to slam my phone against the wall lol but instead I hit snooze and slept till 630am. I had every intention to have a kick ass workout but my body was not having it today (sore). I popped in "Boost your metabolism" DVD by Jil jil lol and had to stop after 40 minutes; I was just going through the motions. I burned 368 in 50 minutes; 10 of which was just stretching.
For bfast I had Honey nut cheerios, grapes, and coffee with ff milk and splenda
When I started this blog I told myself that I will be as honest as possible and I am going to stick to my guns. As some of you know, today is my weigh in...I wanted to just ignore it and not bother posting since I was not too happy with the number staring back at me this morning but hey I did this to myself. All that crap I ate on tuesday caught up with me. I went up 1lb, which is not bad but it is not good either.
I can beat myself up about it but I rather repeat this to myself "You are not the body nor the mind. You are that which animates both. You are that which animates the entire Universe" (Yogi saying). 1lb does not define me.
