I'M BACK!

I am so happy! Ayer I started to feel so much better and I had a KICK ASS WORKOUT! My arms are so sore and I LOVE IT! I did the EA Active 30 Day Challenge and then 30 Day Shred Level 1 and burned a total of 635 Calories. I don't know if it's because I was feeling better or perhaps because it was not as hot as the days prior but I felt great. I started using my own Resistance Bands (harder) when I do EA Active because the ones that came with it were so flimsy that they tore. And it turns out that this seems to be the norm with others consumers.



Eats

Ayer for Breakfast, I had Kashi Oatmeal with 1/2 a Banana, Peanut Butter, and Toll House Milk Chocolate Chips






For Lunch I made a Panini with a WW Wrap, Spinach, Onions, Peppers, American Cheese, and Roasted Garlic Hummus




For dessert I had Yoplait Light Strawberry Short Cake Yogurt

For Din Din I made a Green Smoothie with one scoop of LMM, Spinach, 1 tbsp of PB, 1/2 a frozen Banana, and some frozen Strawberries

This morning for Breakfast I had Kashi Oatmeal with a Banana, and PB and my usual coffee

This has become my favorite breakfast =)

I have to get back into a routine. This morning my alarm went off at 6am and my plan was to go for a run but I hit snooze until 6:20. I got up and started to get ready but then said "F This" and went right back to sleep and didn't get up until 8! I am going to try to go to bed around 9:30 tonight and hopefully that will help my body get back on track ((((fingers crossed))))
