Ayer for Breakfast, I had Kashi Oatmeal with 1/2 a Banana, Peanut Butter, and Toll House Milk Chocolate Chips
For Lunch I made a Panini with a WW Wrap, Spinach, Onions, Peppers, American Cheese, and Roasted Garlic Hummus
For dessert I had Yoplait Light Strawberry Short Cake Yogurt
For Din Din I made a Green Smoothie with one scoop of LMM, Spinach, 1 tbsp of PB, 1/2 a frozen Banana, and some frozen Strawberries
This morning for Breakfast I had Kashi Oatmeal with a Banana, and PB and my usual coffee
This has become my favorite breakfast =)
I have to get back into a routine. This morning my alarm went off at 6am and my plan was to go for a run but I hit snooze until 6:20. I got up and started to get ready but then said "F This" and went right back to sleep and didn't get up until 8! I am going to try to go to bed around 9:30 tonight and hopefully that will help my body get back on track ((((fingers crossed))))
