Morning!!!!!! It is a beautiful day here in NY =) but I am home in pj's enjoying a lazy Sunday and I love it. I am enjoying the sunshine coming through the windows lol.
Eats and Workouts
Last night before bed I did All Star Workouts: Yoga with weights and burned 154 Calories.
This morning I slept in and it felt fabulous. Before breakfast, I did 25 minutes with my Kettle Bell and burned 209 Calories.
Allllll morning, well actually all weekend, I have had one thing on my mind....Pumpkin Pancakes! I mixed together Fiber One Pancake mix, Libby's Pumpkin, Pumpkin Spice, and Splenda and tried my luck. The first batch turned out delish but they broke apart when I tried to flip them. I have to perfect this recipe before next Sunday (making breakfast for my family) so I gave it another try. This time I added less water and Pumpkin and they turned out better but still not quite perfect but I am heading in the right direction. I will enjoy the left overs, tomorrow for breakfast.
I can't wait until next Sunday! I am going to make some yummy food for my familia. I won't say what, just in case my sister is reading this lol.
