I hope everyone is having a great Friday and you should be since the weekend is quickly approaching us!

My day has been pretty laid back…I woke up a little congested and have been taking it easy…but my past 2 days have been filled of yummy eats.

Ayer for Lunch I made myself a salad with Tuna Salad (White Albacore Tuna, Mayo, Lime Juice, and Tomatoes) on a bed of Lettuce and Tomatoes.


And Fruit Salad for Dessert.


Later in the evening I had an Apple…


For din din I had Tofu, Mushroom, and Brussels Stir Fry with PB, Teriyaki Sauce, Szechuan Hot Sauce, and Red Pepper Flakes with a side Salad (Lettuce, Tomatoes, 2% Mexican Cheese Blend, and FF Catalina Dressing)

I also snacked on Protein Cookie Dough before bed….

This morning I ran out of PB (((((GASP))))) so decided to switch it up. I had a toasted Rudi’s English Muffin with Reduced Fat Cream Cheese and a Pear cooked in Splenda and Cinnamon with my usual Café con Leche…this was a great breakfast.


Lunch was just as good! I made myself a wrap with Morningstar Farms Buffalo Wings, Melted Swiss Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce in a Rudi’s Wrap


And Chobani Pineapple Yogurt for Dessert…


I also snacked on two of these during the day…


Lent is right around the corner and I have been thinking of what I want to give up…I already knew that Meat was on the list but Lent should be about sacrifice and am I really sacrificing anything with giving up meat? I don’t eat meat that often, I don’t even buy it when I go grocery shopping. I think I was taking the easy way out…After talking to Kalin (thank you so much for your insight!) and Mo I came to a decision.

I am going to give up I can’t even type this Protein Cookie Dough!!!!!!! For 40 days and 40 nights I will not eat any meat or make any protein cookie dough…
