Hey Hey Hey! I hope you guys are having a fabulous evening…it is pouring out here but that won’t bring me down lol.
Eats and Workouts
Last night for dindin I made my fabulous Stir Fry with Brussels, Mushrooms, Tofu, Szechuan Hot Sauce, Peanut Butter, Teriyaki Sauce, and Red Pepper Flakes.
And for dessert I had Chobani Honey Yogurt with Peanut Butter
Before bed I did some more stretches with my Foam Roller.
This morning I had OIAJ! Do you guys watch American Idol? Well I don’t but I know that song “Pants on the ground. pants on the ground. Looking like a fool with your pants on the ground” and for some reason I made my own version “Oats in a JAR. Oats in a JAR. Look at Mari eating her Oats in the JAR” haha. Feel free to sing this song while you enjoy your OIAJ!
I threw in 1/2 a Banana and had my cafe con leche on the side…perfect way to start the day!
For Lunch I had Homemade Roman Beans with Avocado Slices, Salsa, and 2% Colby and Monterey Cheese in a Low Carb Wrap.
Later in the evening, I went to the gym with my sister. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, 25 minutes of upper and lower body toning, 5 minutes of cool down on bike, and 5 minutes of stretching and burned a total of 609 Calories.
After the gym, I went to my mom’s house and picked up a Homedics Footbath. I gave this to HER a couple of years back and she never really used it so she gave it back and I am NOT complaining lol. I poured in some hot water with Epsom Salt and OooooMG this felt so amazing! I enjoyed it for about an hour…
While I drank my Green Monster with frozen Spinach, frozen Strawberries, Chocolate Light Muscle Milk, Peanut Butter, and Splenda
This was a perfect way to end the night.
I am off to do some stretches on my Foam Roller and then hit the sack..have a great night loves!
