Hello my loves! Happy 1st day of April!!!! I have some really exciting news to share with you! I teamed up with two amazing ladies, Amber of Exsoycise and Jill Hanner to bring you a 2 week Spring Challenge; #SpringToHealth healthy living April challenge!

Ever since I started my weight loss journey back in 2006, I have researched various “diets”, brought countless amounts of weight loss book with the latest fads to make me lose weight quick! I was bombarded with SO MUCH conflicting information and forgot to listen to my OWN body and what I NEEDED.
