It is so great to have him back home…he is still loopy but in great spirits which makes this momma very happy.

For the month of November, join us in the Gratitude Journal Challenge! This is an easy way to give thanks for the amazing life you have. Challenge begins as soon as you want or officially November 1st!
- Each night, before you go to bed (or whatever time you have in your day to yourself, free from distractions) take 5-10 minutes to write down what you are most grateful for in your day, in your life, etc.
- At the end of the 30 days you may be inspired to keep your journal going, please do! And you just may notice that you are feeling happier (side effect of focusing on happiness)
Life gets so crazy and sometimes we forget to take time to appreciate the things in our life that make us happy. It is not that we are taking things for granted but we are just caught up the chaos of the day. That is why I think it is important for everyone to join us.
I challenge you to grab a notebook tonight and just write down all the things that made you smile today.
