I am starting to think that I feel so sluggish because of allergies; all I want to do is take a nice looooong nap...
I just came back from a nice walk in the park. It was much colder then I expected though because of the wind but it was still pleasant. I walked for 40 mins and 5 min stretch and burned 295 calories. I hope to do 30 day shred level 3 when I get home from work.
For lunch I ate more leftovers; brown rice and beans with a banana
