Good morning everyone! Before I even begin...I want everyone to do me a favor. Please repeat this "I wish that it does not rain tomorrow so that Hailey and her Titi can enjoy the field trip" =). I am taking tomorrow off to go on a trip with her class; we are supposed to go to the park and learn about different animals etc but they are predicting rain =(

Eats and Workouts:
Ayer for lunch I ordered a Pizza Slice with Sun dried Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts, Spinach, and Mozzarella with 3 Garlic Knots. This was such an amazing pizza slice...the ingredients were so fresh and even though pizza is not the healthiest thing to eat; I think all the veggies loaded on it made it "healthy"
For Din din I roasted 1/2 a Sweet Potato in Splenda, Cinnamon, Salt, and little bit of EVOO, Mushrooms roasted in White Wine, Salt, Garlic, and little Bit of EVOO, and 2 Morningstar Farms "Buffalo Wings"
And for Dessert I had a Lil Drumstick
Later in the evening I did 15 minutes of Kettlebell and 20 minutes of Pilates and burned 235 Calories
This morning I woke up and did 30 Day Shred Level 3 and Turbo Jam 20 min Cardio Workout and burned 488 Calories
After my workout, I had 1 scoop of Vanilla LMM
And this morning I had the best breakfast EVER! Oats in the Jar!!!! why are oats better when they are inside the PB Jar??? lol. I threw in 1/2 a Banana and had my usual coffee on the side
DVR Overload! My cable box has been acting up and it keeps turning off on me so they are coming on Saturday to replace my box which means I lose all my shows (including allllllllllll my Yoga) which means I have to watch them ALL before Saturday at 2pm! Last night I tried to cram in about 5 shows...I think they are right; tv does rot your brain ha
