Oh How I Have Missed Thee…

I have been working crazy amounts of hours at the gym and sometimes I feel like a walking zombie…

This has become my new best friend…



I know that I shouldn’t complain about the crazy hours because I am doing what I love and I worked so hard to get here….but I am tired! lol

Now a normal person would sleep in on their day off after working 2, 13 hour days but normal is not something that I claim to be.

This morning my alarm went off at 4:30 and I hit snooze for a few minutes before prying myself out of bed. Now what do you ask, will get me out of bed before sunrise?



You may remember that I did the IntenSati challenge last summer and I have been craving it like WOAH. After looking at my schedule, I realized that the only time I would be able to go to Natalia’s (I love her and I love that she puts me on her guest list!!) class, would be at 6:30 in the morning and that was totally fine with me (that’s how much I love it). Missy spread the word to our IntenSati friends that I would be attending todays class and they were there to greet me!

This month’s series is “I am done with the past…and I KNOW it’s going to last!”. Which is exactly how I feel at the moment. Lately, I have been having self doubts about my running and other things in my life. I have to forget what happened in the past and just focus on the right now….Right now I can train and give my best. Right now I can make healthy choices in my diet. Right now I can enjoy the ride…

Speaking of healthy choices..after class, I ran some errands which included grocery shopping =) I stocked up on lots of veggies and put them to good use for breakfast. I enjoyed egg whites with 2% American Cheese, Onion, Mushrooms, and Spinach on Light Whole Grain Toast
